New York, March 6 - Angus & Ross plc said it settled a private placement for £3.3 million.
The company sold 33 million shares at 10p each to a group of institutional investors.
Teather & Greenwood Ltd. was the placement agent.
Proceeds will be used for diamond drilling, an airborne geophysical survey and environmental impact study, exploration and re-entry on the Black Angel zinc mine and working capital.
Based in Kirkbymoorside, England, Angus & Ross is a mineral exploration company.
