Occidental sells off shares of Lyondell

Charlotte, N.C., July 12 - Occidental Petroleum Corp. sold its remaining 14 million shares of Lyondell Chemical Co. common stock on the open market from May 21 to July 10, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
