New Issue: Missouri Health prices $79.48 million of senior living facilities bonds

New York, May 21 - The Missouri Health and Educational Facilities Authority sold $79,475,000 of series 2014A senior living facilities revenue bonds for Lutheran Senior Services, said a pricing sheet.
The bonds (//BBB+) were sold through Ziegler Inc.
The bonds are due 2015 to 2026 with term bonds due in 2029, 2035 and 2044. The serial coupons range from 0.75% to 5%. The 2029 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at par and a 5% coupon priced at 108.356. The 2035 bonds have a 4.3% coupon priced at par and a 5% coupon priced at 105.478. The 2044 bonds have a 4.5% coupon priced at par and a 5% coupon priced at 103.874.
Proceeds will be used to make a loan to Lutheran Senior Services for the construction and equipment of new senior living facilities, as well as to refund the authority's series 2004 and 2008 revenue bonds.
