Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 29 - Anglo Swiss Resources Inc. said it has arranged a private placement of units. The deal will raise C$3.35 million.
The company will sell 7 million flow-through units of one flow-through common share and one half-share warrant at C$0.35 apiece. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at C$0.50 for two years.
The company also will sell 3 million units of one common share and one warrant at C$0.30 apiece. Each warrant will be exercisable at C$0.40 for two years.
The strike prices are 78.57% and 42.86% premiums to the Dec. 28 closing share price of C$0.28.
Kingsdale Capital Markets Inc. is the agent.
Proceeds will be used for exploration and production on the company's Kenville Gold Mine property and the Nelson Mining Camp, where recent results have generated high grade gold assay results, and for general corporate and working capital.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., Anglo Swiss is a diamond and gemstone exploration company.
