Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 27 - Anglo Swiss Resources Inc. said it plans a C$5 million private placement of units.
The company will sell 6,315,790 flow-through units at C$0.475 apiece for C$3 million. Each unit will consist of one flow-through share and one half-share warrant, with each whole two-year warrant exercisable at C$0.80 for the first year and at C$1.00 thereafter.
The company also will sell 5 million units at C$0.40 apiece for C$2 million. Each unit will consist of one common share and one half-share warrant, with each whole two-year warrant exercisable at C$0.60.
The MineralFields Group has said it will buy 4,210,526 flow-through units and 1.25 million units for a total of C$2.5 million.
Proceeds will be used for exploration and general working capital.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., Anglo Swiss is a diamond and gemstone exploration company.
