Lumos Networks to launch $1.03 billion term loan B on Tuesday

New York, April 23 – Lumos Networks will hold a lender call at 10:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday to launch a $1,025,000,000 senior secured term loan B, according to a market source.

Morgan Stanley Senior Funding Inc., Goldman Sachs Bank USA and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. are the leads on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to reprice an existing term loan B, the source said.

Lumos is a Waynesboro, Va.-based fiber-based service provider in the Mid-Atlantic region.
