Moody's affirms Lumena Resources

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the B1 corporate family rating of Lumena Resources Corp. and the B1 rating for its five-year 12% $250 million senior notes.

The outlook is stable.

These ratings have been removed from their provisional status following the completion of the bond issuance, Moody's said.

The proceeds will be used for refinancing and business expansion, the agency said.
