New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.14 million 15.65% yield notes on three stocks

Buffalo, N.Y., June 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.14 million of 15.65% yield notes due June 13, 2024 linked to the worst performing of the lululemon athletica inc., Apple Inc. and Nvidia Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The interest rate will be 15.65% per year, and interest will be payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its trigger level, 70% of its initial level. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least-performing stock declines below its initial level.
