Fitch affirms Ludova Banka

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Ludova Banka's ratings at long-term BBB, short-term F3, individual C/D and support 2. The outlook is stable.

Fitch noted the long-term, short-term and support ratings for Ludova Banka are based on the high probability of support from Oesterreichische Volksbanken AG in case of need.

Although falling interest rates and competition have put pressure on margins, Ludova Banka's net interest margin compares well with that of its peers, the agency added.
