Lucite International €50 million add-on talked at 104.5 area, pricing Wednesday

St. Louis, June 17 - Lucite International Finance plc's €50 million mirror notes add-on to its 10¼% senior notes due 2010 (B3) is talked at the 104.5 area, according to an informed source.

The Regulation S notes were to be marketed via investor conference calls on Tuesday and are expected to price on Wednesday. the source added.

Merrill Lynch is the bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used to repay $30 million of senior debt with the remainder to fund a joint venture.

The company is a Southampton, U.K.-based supplier of methacrylates.
