LSTA announces lower CUSIP fee

New York, April 3 - The LSTA announced on Friday that the deal CUSIP application fee has been lowered to $200 from $550 for deals with credit agreements dated prior to March 1, according to a news release.

This lower fee is offered as a one-time only program and all applications must be made on or prior to June 30 to get the lower rate.

The facility fee will remain $50 per facility.
