LSTA publishes exposure drafts of conduct standards and confidential information guidelines

New York, Sept. 9 - The LSTA published exposure drafts of its new Code of Conduct and Confidential Information Supplement, according to a news release.

The Code of Conduct contains certain standards of conduct that apply to all loan market participants in connection with their activities in the market.

The Confidential Information Supplement provides guidelines for the use and disclosure of confidential information in connection with loan market transactions.

These documents were originally published 10 years ago and are now being revised to reflect developments in the loan market and the LSTA's existing standard documentation.

The documents will remain posted as exposure drafts for about one month before being published in their final forms.
