LRGHealthcare U.S. trustee appoints unsecured creditors committee

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 23 – LRGHealthcare’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Friday by Region 1 U.S. trustee William K. Harrington, according to notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire.

The committee includes Janine Karwacki of Boston Scientific Corp., based in Marlborough, Mass.; Michael Anderson of Cardinal Health 200, LLC and Cardinal Health 414, LLC, based in Dublin, Ohio; Robert Pace of Osseus Fusion Systems, LLC, based in Dallas; Honor S. Heath of Public Service Co. of New Hampshire, based in Berlin, Conn.; and Michael Strollo of Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., based in Washington, D.C.

LRGHealthcare is a Laconia, N.H.-based not-for-profit health care charitable trust operating Lakes Region General Hospital, Franklin Regional Hospital and several other affiliated medical practices and service programs. The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Oct. 19 under case number 20-10892.
