Moody's: Lowell Group bond B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive B1 corporate family rating to Lowell Group Ltd.

Moody's also assigned a definitive B1 rating to the £200 million long-term senior secured bond issued by Lowell Group Financing plc.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the definitive ratings on Lowell confirm the provisional ratings assigned on March 20.

The final terms and conditions of the senior secured bond issuance, which was fully placed on March 30, are in line with the draft documentation reviewed for the provisional B1 rating assigned on March 20.
