By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., March 20 - England's Lowell Group Ltd. expects to price a £200 million offering of seven-year senior secured notes (B1/BB) before the end of the March 19 week, according to a market source.

JPMorgan and Lloyds TSB are the bookrunners.

The notes come with three years of call protection.

The Leeds, England-based provider of consumer debt services plans to use the proceeds to repay bank debt and a shareholder loan.
