New Issue: Louisville and Jefferson County, Ky., sells $100 million of sewer bonds

New York, Nov. 6 - The Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District of Kentucky priced $100 million of series 2013C sewer and drainage system revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold competitively. The winning bidder was not immediately available Wednesday.
The bonds are due 2015 to 2037 with term bonds due in 2040 and 2044. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2040 bonds have a 4.5% coupon priced at 97.728 and the 2044 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 102.808.
Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements to the government's sewer and drainage systems.
