New Issue: Latvia's ABLV Bank sells $15 million 10-year bonds with 4¼% start rate

Chicago, Oct. 23 - ABLV Bank, AS issued $15 million of subordinated bonds at par with a coupon of 4¼% initially, stepping up to 6¼% on Oct. 23, 2019.
The bonds were purchased by 26 customers of the bank, according to a press release.
The 10-year bonds will be callable beginning Oct. 23, 2018.
ABLV is a private bank based in Latvia.
