Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health, La., preps refunding deal

New York, Jan. 8 – The Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System of Louisiana is seeking to conduct a refunding offering, according to a statement the system released Thursday.
The system will use the proceeds from the potential deal to refund its series 2005A and 2009A revenue bonds issued through the Louisiana Public Facilities Authority.
The timing of the deal has not been set.
H2C Securities Inc. is the system’s financial adviser.
