New York, Oct. 13 - The Louisiana Public Facilities Authority sold $125 million of series 2011 revenue bonds for Loyola University, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (A2/A+/) were sold through Barclays Capital Inc., with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Stephens Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC as the co-managers.
The bonds are due 2017 to 2033 with a term bond due in 2041. The serial coupons range from 3.25% to 5.25%. The 2041 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 99.229.
Proceeds will be used to fund capital improvements, including building repairs, replacements, renovations and upgrades, as well as equipment purchases for the university's New Orleans campus.
