Moody's assigns Aaa to Louisiana Utilities bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned provisional ratings of Aaa to the $687.9 million system restoration bonds to be issued by Louisiana Public Facilities Authority for the Louisiana Utilities Restoration Corp. Project/Entergy Louisiana LLC and also for the $278.8 million series system restoration bonds issued for the Louisiana Utilities Restoration Corp. project/Entergy Gulf States Inc.

The Louisiana LLC issue includes $165 million tranche A-1, $367 million trance A-2 nad $155.9 million trance A-3. The Entergy Gulf States issue includes $121 million tranche A-1 and $157.8 million tranche A-2.
