Louisiana Bancorp investor sells shares, drops stake to 4.45%

Charlotte, N.C., March 9 - A group of Louisiana Bancorp Inc. investors led by Sandler O'Neill Asset Management, LLC sold 65,400 shares between Feb. 23 and March 2 priced from $12.05 to $12.25 each, it was reported in a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Between Dec. 24 and Feb. 19, Sandler O'Neill sold 78,600 shares priced from $12.25 to $12.60 each, a prior SEC filing said.

The investors beneficially own 268,300 shares, or 4.45%, of the Metairie, La., bank holding company.
