Louisiana defeases $204.12 million of general obligation bonds

Madison, Wis., July 3 – State of Louisiana defeased a total of $204,115,000 of its general obligation bonds from various series, according to a notice.

The following bonds are affected:

• $8,255,000 of 5% series 2006-B bonds due July 15, 2014;

• $8,725,000 of 5% series 2013-C bonds due July 15, 2014;

• $18,005,000 of 5% series 2012-A bonds due Aug. 1, 2014;

• $1,495,000 of 3.6% series 2005-A bonds due Aug. 1, 2014;

• $75,055,000 of 5% series 2005-A bonds due Aug. 1, 2014;

• $11.09 million of 5% series 2011-A bonds due Sept. 1, 2014;

• $23,255,000 of 5% series 2004-A bonds due Oct. 15, 2014;

• $535,000 of 3% series 2010-A bonds due Nov. 15, 2014;

• $22,315,000 of 5% series 2006-C bonds due May 1, 2015;

• $7.95 million of 5% series 2009-A bonds due May 1, 2015;

• $15.38 million of 4% series 2012-B bonds due May 15,2015;

• $100,000 of 3% series 2013-A bonds due May 15,2015; and

• $11,955,000 of 0.4% series 2013-B bonds due May 15,2015.
