Moody's: Lottomatica CFR Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa3 corporate family rating to Lottomatica Group SpA.

All other ratings and the stable outlook remain unchanged.

Moody's said it is the Baa3 corporate family rating reflects the credit quality of the corporate as if it had a single class of debt and a single consolidated legal entity structure.

Lottomatica's senior unsecured debt issuance is backed by guarantees from four of its subsidiaries Gtech Corp., Gtech Holdings Corp., Gtech Rhode Island LLC and Invest Games SA.
