Los Angeles organizes $152.4 million sale of solid waste revenue bonds

New York, Feb. 8 - The City of Los Angeles plans to price $152.4 million of series 2013 solid waste revenue bonds on Tuesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The offering includes $71,735,000 of series 2013A revenue bonds and $80,665,000 of series 2013B refunding bonds.

The bonds (Aa2/AA/AA-) will be sold on a competitive basis with Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates as the financial adviser.

The 2013A bonds are due 2014 to 2027. The 2013B bonds are due 2014 to 2029.

Proceeds will be used to finance solid waste facilities projects, as well as to refund the city's series 2003A-B and series 2004A revenue bonds.
