Able Labs gets unsecured creditors committee for bankruptcy case

Pittsburgh, Aug. 3 - Able Laboratories, Inc.'s U.S. Trustee appointed an official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 case, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

The committee includes:

*Thomas Gerhart of Cardinal Health, Dublin, Ohio;

*Alag Saravanan of Criterion Software, LLC, Edison, N.J.;

*Robert B. Sari of Rite Aid Corp., Harrisburg, Pa.;

*Jennifer Jenkins of McKessen Corp., San Francisco;

*Rich Barkasy of Siegfried (USA), Inc., Pennsville, N.J.;

*Michelle A. Hardiman of Walters Corp., Milford, Mass.; and

*Eric Mittleburg of Ivax Corp., Miami, Fla.

Able is a Cranbury, N.J., developer and manufacturer of general pharmaceuticals. The company filed for bankruptcy on July 11. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-33129.
