Loomis Sayles Small Cap Value Fund adds portfolio manager Schwartz

Minneapolis, March 19 - Loomis Sayles Funds I announced that effective immediately, Jeffrey Schwartz has joined the portfolio management team of the Loomis Sayles Small Cap Value Fund, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Schwartz began his investment career in 1992 and joined Loomis Sayles as vice president in 2012. He previously served as vice president and senior portfolio manager of Palisade Capital Management from 2001 until 2012.

Schwartz joins current portfolio manager Joseph R. Gatz.

The fund's investment adviser is Boston -based Loomis, Sayles & Co., LP.
