Longview Power plan confirmation hearing adjourned; no new date set

Pittsburgh, Feb. 24 - Longview Power, LLC's plan of reorganization confirmation hearing has been postponed indefinitely, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The hearing was previously scheduled for March 10.

The notice did not give a reason for the adjournment.

Longview, an integrated power generation enterprise based in Maidsville, W.Va., filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 30. The Chapter 11 case number is 13-12211.
