S&P cuts Longview Power loans to B

Standard & Poor's said it lowered Longview Power LLC's senior secured facilities to B from BB-.

The outlook is negative.

"The lower rating reflects the significantly heightened risks posed by ongoing construction delays at the project," S&P analyst Swami Venkataraman said in a statement.
