Angelica sets July 20 as meeting date for merger vote

Charlotte, N.C., June 23 - Angelica Corp. shareholders will vote on the company's merger with Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Partners IV LP at a special meeting on July 20 at 11 a.m. ET.

The record date for the meeting is June 30, according to an Angelica news release.

It was also announced that the Federal Trade Commission granted early termination of the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period in the proposed merger.

On May 22, Angelica agreed to be acquired by a company formed by Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Partners for $22 per share in cash.

Angelica is a Chesterfield, Mo.-based textile rental and linen management services company.
