Pirate Capital sells 130,000 Angelica shares

New York, May 25 - Angelica Corp. shareholder Pirate Capital LLC sold 130,000 shares for a total of $3.36 million.

Following the transactions, Pirate owns 1,085,147 shares for an 11.4% stake, according to a schedule 13D/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The sales took place from April 11 to May 22 at prices ranging from $24.50 to $28.69.

Angelica is a Chesterfield, Mo.-based provider of textile rental and linen management services principally to the health care industry.
