Portland, Ore., March 24 - Lonestar Resources America, Inc. plans to start a roadshow on Tuesday for a $200 million offering of five-year senior notes, according to an informed source.

A group lunch is set for Wednesday in New York.

The deal is set to price during the middle part of the March 31 week.
