Angel Telecom raises $6 million via placement with private investors

Company uses proceeds to support and expand subsidiary's business

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 21 - Angel Telecom Corp. said it completed a $6 million private placement with a group of private investors.

Proceeds will be used to support and expand the business of company subsidiary Angel Telecom AG.

Based in Baar, Switzerland, the company offers voice over internet services.
