London Stock Exchange gears up to price three-, 10-year dollar notes

Los Angeles, March 22 – London Stock Exchange Group plc is planning a two-part offering of dollar-denominated three- and 10-year senior notes, according to a market source.

Fixed-income investor calls and a roadshow presentation are being held on Friday.

BofA, Citi, HSBC, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Securities are bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

The stock exchange is based in London.
