S&P stabilizes London Stock Exchange view

S&P said it revised its outlook on London Stock Exchange Group plc to stable from negative and affirmed the group’s A ratings.

The exchange delivered solid results and made early progress in integrating Refinitiv, acquired in January, and the agency said it now forecasts S&P Global Ratings-adjusted debt to EBITDA to fall comfortably within its rating thresholds by end-2022.
