Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 31 - Lomiko Metals Inc. announced it completed a C$1 million private placement of units.
The company sold 8,333,333 units at C$0.12 apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and one half-share warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable at C$0.20 for 18 months.
Byron Capital Markets was the agent.
Lomiko is a natural resource company in Delta, B.C.
