Loma Linda, Calif., defeases some university medical center bonds

Madison, Wis., Nov. 21 – City of Loma Linda, Calif., has defeased $30 million of its $133.45 million of outstanding Loma Linda University Medical Center hospital revenue bonds, series 2005A, according to a notice.

The refunded bonds will be redeemed on Dec. 1, 2015 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The issuer expects to refund the remaining $103.45 million of the bonds on Dec. 23.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
