S&P upgrades Logwin

S&P said it raised its long-term corporate credit rating on Logwin AG to BB from BB-. The outlook is stable.

S&P said the upgrade reflects the company's solid operating performance and improvement of its Solutions division, which is its contract logistic segment. This was mainly driven by positive trading conditions and strict cost controls combined with high customer retention in the last year.
