S&P reviews Logan’s Roadhouse

Standard & Poor's said it placed its ratings on Logan's Roadhouse Inc., including its B- corporate credit rating and B- issue-level rating on its $355 million 10¾% senior secured notes, on CreditWatch with negative implications.

"The negative CreditWatch placement reflects Logan’s continued earnings underperformance and prospects for reduced liquidity," S&P credit analyst Samantha Stone said in a news release.
