Moody's reviews Logan's Roadhouse

Moody's Investors Service said it placed Logan's Roadhouse Inc.'s B2 corporate family rating and Ba3 senior secured bank debt rating under review for downgrade.

The review follows the company's announcement on Aug. 30 that it entered into a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by an affiliate of Kelso & Co. from a consortium of private equity sponsors, according to the agency.

Moody's said the proposed deal could result in increased financial leverage.
