LodgeNet Interactive investors sell shares, keep 4.97% interest

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 2 - Investors led by Key Colony Fund, LP reported beneficial ownership of 1,119,373 shares, or 4.97%, of LodgeNet Interactive Corp. following the sale of 426,078 shares between Aug. 25 and Oct. 1.

The shares were sold for between $6.27 and $7.602each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

Between Aug. 11 and Aug. 24, Key Colony sold 1,545,451 shares and kept a 6.9% ownership interest, a prior SEC filing said.

LodgeNet is a Sioux Falls, S.D.-based provider of media and connectivity products for hospitality, health care and other guest-based businesses.
