Moody's rates Locko notes B2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Locko Finance plc's loan participation notes a rating of B2. The notes are to be issued on a limited recourse basis for the purpose of funding a RUB 3 billion loan to Locko-bank (Russia), rated B2/Not Prime for long- and short-term foreign- and local-currency deposits.

The outlook is stable.
