Lockheed Martin talks three-part notes offering for Thursday pricing

Virginia Beach, Feb. 12 – Lockheed Martin Corp. set price talk for a planned three-tranche benchmark offering of senior notes (Baa1/A-/A-) on Thursday, according to a market source and a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The offering includes 10-year notes talked in the 115 basis points area over Treasuries, 20-year bonds talked in the 125 bps area over Treasuries and 30-year bonds talked at 145 bps to 150 bps over Treasuries.

Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The global security company is based in Bethesda, Md.
