New Issue: Barclays prices $500,000 barrier SuperTrack notes linked to three stocks

Columbus, Ohio, June 17 – Barclays Bank plc priced $500,000 of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due June 12, 2025 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of General Dynamics Corp., Lockheed Martin Corp. and Raytheon Technologies Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the least-performing stock’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 4 times the least-performing stock’s return. If the least-performing stock declines by 40% or less, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the least-performing stock declines from its initial level if it falls by more than 40%.
