LSTA announces 2014 board of directors, elects new chair, vice chairs

Minneapolis, Jan. 15 - The Loan Syndications and Trading Association elected two new members to its 2014 board of directors at its annual meeting in New York on Wednesday, expanding the board to 22 members from 20 members, according to a press release.

The LSTA also announced Craig Russ of Eaton Vance was selected as the association's new chair. Highbridge's David Frey and Barclays' Jonathan Kitei were chosen as vice chairs. Octagon's Andrew Gordon will continue as board secretary.

Mitali Sohoni of Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Tom Stein of Guggenheim were elected to the board for the first time.

They join current members Russ, Frey, Kitei and Gordon, Scott Baskind from Invesco, Brian Callahan from BAML, David Lischer from Goldman Sachs, Bill Dobson from Deutsche Bank, Erik Falk from KKR, Austin Garrison from JPMorgan Chase, Roger Gilbert from Morgan Stanley, Kim Harris from Sankaty, Leland Hart from BlackRock, Tim Hartshorn from Fidelity, Christina Jamieson from Golub Capital, Manish Mital from Halcyon, Dan Norman from ING, Frank Pizzo from Wells Fargo, Lee Shaiman from Blackstone/GSO and Matt Tuck from Credit Suisse.

The trade association for the corporate loan market is based in New York.
