Madison, Wis., Jan. 22 - The Loan Syndications and Trading Association announced it is expanding its board of directors to 21 members from 19 members.

"Expanding the board allows us to have even broader representation from across the loan market," said Bram Smith, executive director of the LSTA, in a news release.

The association also elected three new board members - KKR's Erik Falk, Golub Capital's Christina Jamieson and Wells Fargo's Frank Pizzo - at its annual meeting in New York on Tuesday.

And immediately following the meeting, Barclays' Jonathan Kitei was reelected as chair of the association, while Invesco's Greg Stoeckle and Highbridge's David Frey were reelected as vice chairs. Eaton Vance's Craig Russ was elected treasurer, and Octagon's Andrew Gordon was reelected secretary.

The other board members are Bill Dobson of Deutsche Bank, Austin Garrison of JPMorgan Chase, Roger Gilbert of Morgan Stanley, Kim Harris of Sankaty, Leland Hart of BlackRock, Tim Hartshorn of Fidelity, Manish Mital of Halcyon, Dan Norman of ING, Lee Shaiman of Blackstone/GSO, Matt Tuck of Credit Suisse, Brian Callahan of BAML, Tom Stein of Goldman Sachs and Joe Wilson of Citigroup.

The trade association for the corporate loan market is based in New York.
