LSTA announces promotion of Bridget Marsh to deputy general counsel

New York, Jan. 12 - The Loan Syndications and Trading Association has promoted Bridget Marsh to deputy general counsel, according to a news release.

In addition to her new role, Marsh remains senior vice president of the LSTA.

Marsh is responsible for responding to and addressing secondary loan market trading disruptions and ensuring that the LSTA's trading documentation reflects current market practices.
