LSTA announces 2011 board of directors; Stoeckle returns as chair

New York, Jan. 12 - The Loan Syndications and Trading Association elected its 2011 board of directors, and Greg Stoeckle from Invesco was reelected as chair, according to a news release.

David Frey of Highbridge and Jonathan Kitei of Barclays were elected vice chairs, and Kevin Burke from GE Capital was elected treasurer. Andrew Gordon from Octagon will be secretary.

The LSTA also announced the election of several new members to its board of directors, including John Abate from Silver Point, Bill Dobson from Deutsche Bank, Austin Garrison from JP Morgan Chase, Kim Harris from Sankaty, Leland Hart from BlackRock, Tim Hartshorn from Fidelity and Manish Mital from Halcyon.

Returning board members for two year terms include Burke, Frey, Mike Henderlong from Morgan Stanley and Robert Schleusner from Bank of America ML.

Finishing the final year of their terms on the board are Mark DeNatale from Goldman Sachs, Gordon, Kitei, Tom Newberry from Credit Suisse, James Nessel from Citigroup and Craig Russ from Eaton Vance.
