Chicago, March 28 - Lloyds TSB Bank plc priced another $10 million of senior fixed-to-floored floating notes due April 13, 2015, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
This brings the total deal size to $25 million. The issuer priced $5 million on March 21 and another $10 million on March 22.
The coupon will be 3% for the first year. After that, interest will be Libor plus 150 basis points, with a minimum rate of 2.25%. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
