New York, July 27 - Lloyds TSB Bank plc increased its issue of 10.05% series A notes due July 28, 2015 to R$50 million from R$25 million, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
As previously reported, the annual interest payments and the payment at maturity will be made in dollars. The payments will be converted at the exchange rate then in effect. If the real has strengthened relative to the dollar, the payment will increase.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.
The notes will be issued on July 28 and will be guaranteed by Lloyds Banking Group plc, a banking and financial services company based in London.
