Lloyds TSB buys back $536.19 million of two series of perpetual bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., July 16 - Lloyds TSB Bank plc said it repurchased $536.19 million of its perpetual bonds on July 13.

Lloyds bought back $143.69 million of its $423.81 million in series 2 perpetual bonds, which will now have $280.12 million in bonds remaining.

The bank also repurchased $392.5 million of its $659.85 million in perpetual bonds, which will now have $267.35 million in bonds remaining.

The retail bank is based in London and Edinburgh, Scotland.
